Rustic flavours, straight from the pan

This farmer style pork chop is the kind of dish that feels generous from the first bite. The pork is browned until golden, splashed with white wine and then finished in a rich sauce of tomato, bacon, rosemary and chilli.

A tomato sauce with plenty of character

Mutti Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes create a rustic sauce that clings to the meat while absorbing the smoky flavour of the bacon and the fragrance of rosemary. A touch of chilli adds warmth without overpowering the natural richness of the pork chops in tomato sauce.
