This pork hot pot starts with generous pieces of pork loin browned with onion and bacon, creating a rich, savoury base before the tomatoes even enter the pan. Sage and tarragon slowly release their aroma as everything cooks together.
Mutti Cherry Tomatoes bring sweetness and a juicy texture, while Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Paste adds depth and intensity to the sauce. As they simmer with the pork, the two create a full-bodied tomato hot pot that coats every piece of meat.
After slow cooking, the pork becomes tender and the tomato sauce deepens in flavour. Serve this pork hot pot with rice while piping hot, letting the grains soak up the rich tomato, herb and meat juices.
