Savory and delicious!

It doesn’t take much to make a delicious aperitif at home that will be the star of the show.

The savory shortcrust pastry, made even more delicious by the parmesan and Tomato Paste, can be used, as well as for biscuits as a base for tartlets, or for savory pies.

When preparing biscuits using this recipe, for an even more delicious result add aromatic herbs and olives, or dried fruit. Or by only using oregano and pepper, you can prepare pizza-like biscuits.

As with traditional shortcrust pastry, also in this case you need to work the dough as quickly as possible to avoid overheating the butter with the heat of our hands. That’s why it would be even better to prepare it in a food processor or planetary mixer using the K whisk.

In any case, the result will be delicious and it’s also a fun recipe to make with children who will have fun making cookies with their favorite shapes.
