How to achieve perfect cauliflower puttanesca

For a truly irresistible result, it’s important to pay attention to how the cauliflower is cooked. The key is not to overcook it: by the end, it should be tender yet still firm, with well-defined florets that hold their shape. While cooking in the pan, add a little water at a time to ensure even cooking and to prevent the cauliflower from drying out or sticking. This way, you’ll achieve the perfect texture and a well-balanced dish, where each ingredient retains its character, enhanced by the rich, enveloping flavour of Mutti Pasta Sauce with Olives.
